PROJECT TITLE: INNOVATION, AUTOMATION, IMPROVEMENT OF PRODUCTION PROCESSES WITH DIGITAL SYSTEMS
POR MARCHE FESR 2014-2020 – Axis 1 – Action 1.3 – “Vouchers to encourage the business innovation processes and the use of new digital technologies –  Call for tenders 2015” – (DDPF No. 22 / IRE of 08/04/2015). Contribution received: € 55,705.50

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project involves the purchase of new technological systems for the automation and improvement of knitwear and fabric design processes, implementation of new digital technologies for business and to support the sales force and the development of distribution.

TARGETS :
The target is the automation of pattern-makers department to go from manual operations to digitization with IT support both for knitwear and fabric. With the new sales support platform, we tried to approach the market in a different and direct way also with the help of new mobile devices. The goal of  store management allows us to easily see the stocks available.

RESULTS:
The project results have been positive;  almost all the models are developed on the screen, the best result was achieved especially for knitwear, which has a much longer production cycle, the 3D development has optimized the times and made stylistic choices easier. The sales support has improved the approach with the buyer, especially during the visit to new potential customers. The store can easily consult the stocks in real time to meet customer demand.


 

PROJECT TITLE: REDISCOVERY THE PAST AS TECHNOLOGICAL CHOICE FOR A WINNING MARKET
POR MARCHE FESR 2014-2020 – Axis 3 – OS 8 – Action 8.1 – “Support for implementation and marketing of  Made in Italy innovative collectons” – Call for tenders 2016 “- (DDPF No. 6 / IRE of 24/02/2016). Contribution: € 100,000.00

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Introduction of important product innovations, production, organization and commercial processes. Reinterpretetion of iconic product of Giorgio Grati Brand and collection divison under “White Label” and “Black Label”.   Introduction of a new knitwear product line with unique and innovative elements (Grati Brand). Use of Shima   SRY 183LP  machine to test new knitwear products.  Expansion of  software platform to all company production processes. Design of the electronic catalogue on I-PAD, opening of a new e-commerce sales channel (B2C) with the support of YOOX Net-A-Porter Group. Substantial renewal of the company website. 100% made in Italy certification.

TARGET:
Start of a turning point and rebirth to allow the company to face current and future challenges. Renewal and radical modification of company products. Renewal of  Giorgio Grati historical Logo. Introduction of new brands. All this to meet the needs of new markets where Giorgio Grati is not present.

RESULT:
The projet activities have been fully implemented  respecting the congruity and functionality compared to the expected targets. The company is satisfied both in the choice of the professionals / suppliers who have been entrusted with the various activities, and the results achieved in terms of production and general reorganization. Product innovation, process innovation and commercial activities have allowed us to obtain a product proposal that is more in line with current Italian and international market demands.


 

PROJECT TITLE:
GIORGIO GRATI, THE FASHION BRAND IN THE FOREIGN MARKET: A ROUTE BETWEEN NORTHERN EUROPE, CHINA AND RUSSIA

POR MARCHE FESR 2014-2020 – Axis 3 – Action 9.2 – “Support for the consolidation of Marche exports and the development of internationalization processes” – Call for tenders 2016 ” for Small and Medium-Sized Industries of the Marche Region – (DDPF No. 61 / CEI of 11/10/2016).

PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
The project includes actions and activities to permanently enter into some new markets for which a strong growth is expected in the coming years and increase quotas in some countries where Giorgio Grati is already present.

TARGET:
The project aims to recover market share in general and especially the international ones by developing targeted market strategies for the company’s business.

RESULT:
The project activities have been fully implemented, the results will be consolidated in the medium-long term. Contribution: € 15,000.00.
